| What we check | What earns the full 4 points |
|---|---|
| Brief followed | Seven pages per sitemap; new-patient and Invisalign paths are prominent; all deliverables present |
| Build quality | Lean theme, tokens applied consistently, patterns used, mobile menu works, no page-builder plugin, form tested |
| Copy and voice | Headline says what and for whom in six words; sections under 60 words; her voice; only brand-sheet facts; ASK lines for the rest |
| SEO and speed | Titles/descriptions set, schema validates, sitemap submitted, redirects return 301, PageSpeed mobile 90+ |
| Operations | Backups scheduled, routines created with gates, hand-off a non-technical client can follow, change-request line stated |
Honest expectations. WordPress is easy to start and easy to break: plugin conflicts, slow themes and missed updates are the whole care-plan business. This track builds lean: one theme, six plugins, staging before production, backups before every change. Never hand the Bot a client’s only admin login; create a separate admin user it can use and you can revoke.
