For buyers
FROM YOUR LIST.
TO THEIR HANDS.
Start with one piece of work. Find someone whose sample fits, choose the right package, and keep the project together in your order workspace.
Find a service →- 01
Find your kind of help.
Search for what you need, or browse a service category. Read the seller’s sample and look at the date on their certificate.
The technical version
Service listings are also called gigs. Search matches their title, description, and tags. Certificate records show the assessed course, score, issue date, and curriculum version.
- 02
Get clear on the details.
Compare what each package includes, its price, delivery time, and how many changes you can request. Choose the one that fits your project.
The technical version
A package defines deliverables, price, delivery days, and revision allowance. Scope means the specific work included in that package.
- 03
Tell them what good looks like.
Create your account and share the project details when you order. Include your goal, audience, and useful examples. Check the payment details before continuing.
The technical version
Your project instructions are called a brief. The order records the selected package, amount, and payment mode. Demo orders do not charge a card; live payments follow the checkout terms.
- 04
Review it. Make it yours.
Use the order workspace for updates and delivery. Review the work, request an included change if needed, and accept it when it meets the agreed brief.
The technical version
The order moves through work in progress, delivery, revisions, and acceptance. Acceptance completes the order and triggers the platform’s payment-release process.
“I run a neighborhood bakery. I need five Instagram posts for our new lunch menu, written in a friendly voice. Here are the menu, our photos, and two examples I like.”
Evidence you can look at.
Samples show how someone approaches the work. A certificate adds the course, result, and year earned. Use both when deciding whether a seller is right for your project.

Clear about the fees.
Compare the package price and checkout details before you order. For sellers, the platform fee is 15% on marketplace orders, or 5% for clients using their personal direct link.
Seller fees in more detail
A seller keeps 85% of the marketplace order price before taxes and other applicable costs. A direct link identifies a client the seller brings to the platform and applies the lower platform fee. Learning and course assessments are free.
Before you order
Good questions.
Do I need an account to browse?
No. You can search services and read the listings before joining. Create an account when you are ready to place and manage an order.
What is a service package?
It is a defined piece of work with a price, delivery time, and included changes. Compare the package details before choosing; a higher price may include more work or a different scope.
Can I ask for changes?
Check how many revisions your package includes. A revision means a change to the agreed work, rather than a new task. Use the order page to keep requests and delivery in one place.
What does a dated certificate tell me?
It records the course, assessment result, and when the certificate was earned. The course edition tells you which curriculum was assessed. An older certificate keeps its original year.
Is all work made with AI?
The courses teach AI-assisted skills. Sellers remain responsible for the work they deliver. Be clear about your requirements, including any restrictions on AI use, and review the final work.
What should I put in my project brief?
Explain your business, audience, goal, and the files or links the seller needs. Add examples of the style you like. A clear brief helps the seller understand what a good result looks like.
