Original course title & technical overview
Modern SEO and LLM Optimization: Superfast Astro Sites on Cloudflare Workers. Build .astro websites and web apps with Claude or Codex driving Desktop Commander, computer use and the browser, deploy them with Wrangler, score 100 on Google PageSpeed, make them readable to AI search with llms.txt, and run a research-and-update agent on Workers AI or on your own AI subscription through a Cloudflare Tunnel.

2026 EDITIONWhat you can offer
Use Astro and Cloudflare to build a website, then help search tools read and understand its content.
Detailed deliverables
A web platform, not a brochure: an Astro site or web app on Cloudflare Workers with 100/100 PageSpeed, structured data, llms.txt for AI search (LLM optimization), programmatic landing pages, and a ranking-watch agent that researches what currently outranks the client and proposes weekly content updates. Sold as a build plus a monthly “ranking engine” retainer.
Tools (free plans have limits): Astro 7 with @astrojs/cloudflare, Claude desktop or Codex with Desktop Commander, computer use and a browser plugin (F3), Cloudflare Workers, D1, KV, Workers AI, Cron Triggers, Browser Rendering, Tunnels, Wrangler, Google Search Console API, A SERP source: Google Custom Search JSON API, SerpApi or DataForSEO, Workers AI, or your own Claude Code / Codex / Antigravity CLI subscription through a Cloudflare Tunnel (lesson 6)
You will make
- An Astro site on Workers with 100/100/100/100 Lighthouse scores, sitemap, robots, canonical URLs, Open Graph and JSON-LD
- llms.txt and llms-full.txt, plus clean markdown endpoints so AI search engines can read the site
- Programmatic pages from a D1 or content collection: service × city pages that are each unique and useful
- A ranking-watch agent on a Cron Trigger: pulls Search Console data and the live top-10 for target keywords, analyzes competitor pages, writes a proposal, and opens it for your approval
- A CLI bridge: your Worker calling Claude Code, Codex or Antigravity CLI on a machine you control through a Cloudflare Tunnel, so the agent runs on frontier models at your subscription cost instead of API credits
- A launched platform for the capstone client with the ranking engine running and a monthly report

| What we check | What earns the full 4 points |
|---|---|
| Brief followed | All page types present; target services and cities covered; all five deliverables submitted |
| Technical SEO and speed | BaseHead correct on every page; schema valid; sitemap, robots, redirects, 404; Lighthouse budget passes; images optimized |
| AI readability | llms.txt accurate and generated; twins serve clean markdown; AI crawlers allowed per client decision |
| Programmatic quality | Pair pages contain ≥5 unique facts each, read as written, pass overlap check, link to siblings and guides |
| Agent and operations | Agent runs on cron, proposals carry evidence and [NEEDS CLIENT FACT] marks, overlap check present, approval applies and logs, monthly report drafted; the model transport (CLI bridge behind Access with Workers AI fallback, or Workers AI alone) is documented and secrets are Worker secrets |
Honest expectations. Speed is a ranking factor but content and links are bigger ones. This track makes the site technically unbeatable and gives the client a disciplined content loop; it does not promise page one in a month, and neither should you. The agent proposes; a human approves. Fully automatic content rewriting is how sites get demoted.
