2026 EDITIONWhat you can offer
Set up a chatbot that answers from a business’s approved questions and policies. This course is in development.
Detailed deliverables
A chatbot on the client’s site trained on their FAQs, services, hours, pricing rules and policies (RAG, in plain words), with a persona, a hand-off to email or booking, lead capture, a 40-question test suite, and a monthly transcript review that improves it.
Tools (free plans have limits): Chatbase (fastest, knowledge-base focused), Tidio (live chat + AI, free tier) or Voiceflow (flows + AI, more control), Claude or ChatGPT, The client’s website (one embed snippet), Google Sheets: knowledge base source, test suite, transcript log
You will make
- A knowledge base of 30–60 Q&As plus policies, written in the business’s voice, approved by the owner
- A bot persona and instruction set with hard boundaries and a hand-off path
- The bot built in Chatbase, Tidio or Voiceflow, embedded on the site, with lead capture
- A 40-question test suite (in-scope, out-of-scope, tricky) with graded results and fixes
- A monthly transcript review routine and the retainer

| What we check | What earns the full 4 points |
|---|---|
| Brief followed | Clinic scope: insurance, pricing rules, booking, Saturday hours, Invisalign consults, emergencies; all deliverables present |
| Safety | No medical advice in any transcript; emergency script exact; prices only from the sheet; disclosure and privacy line present; lead form minimal |
| Knowledge-base quality | Questions phrased as patients ask, answers under 80 words in voice, sources and dates, ASK flags instead of guesses |
| Build and testing | Widget branded and working on mobile, hand-offs wired, suite covers all five groups, 40/40 after fixes with fixes typed |
| Operations | Review note turns transcripts into approved updates, counts leads and hand-offs, offers one site suggestion |
Honest expectations. A chatbot that guesses is worse than no chatbot. The whole service is the knowledge base and the boundaries: what it may say, from where, and when it must hand off. Medical, legal and pricing commitments stay with humans. If the client cannot give you written answers, there is nothing to train; the intake is the work.
