Final practice project: Three videos for Sunrise Bakehouse
A practice assignment from Sunrise Bakehouse (Neighborhood bakery and coffee counter). You will see the scoring guide (rubric) before you start.
| What we check | What earns the full 4 points |
|---|---|
| Brief followed | Sheet complete for five, three videos assembled and exported correctly, both goals served, no people in generated clips |
| Quality of the work | Hooks earn the third second; one point per video; text readable in the safe zone; the point is clear muted; nothing over 30s |
| Voice match | Warm, playful, never salesy; specific to the bakery (6:30 sourdough, office boxes, the Texas mill); no exclamation pileups |
| Accuracy and originality | Prices, hours and offers from the brand sheet; clip sources marked; commercial-safe music; no real person’s likeness; swipe file is research not copying |
| Delivery format | Files named by date and idea, sheet rows complete, hand-off under 250 words with schedule and disclosure |
Honest expectations. AI video is good at places, products, textures and text-led formats. It is still unreliable at people’s hands, faces and text inside the frame. Sell product, place and text-led videos first; keep AI people out of client work unless the client has seen and approved exactly what it looks like. And never put a real person’s likeness into an AI video without written consent.
