One screen for the person who runs the business: the five to eight numbers that matter, pulled every morning from the systems you already use (ERP, CRM, phone system, spreadsheets, databases), combined, reconciled to the cent against your own reports, and published behind a secure link only the people you name can open.

How it works: a 30-minute interview becomes a one-page brief you sign (metric definitions, targets, who sees what). I set up read-only access to each system through a password manager so no credentials ever pass through chat. I build the data pipeline and the dashboard, reconcile every number to your source reports, and schedule the daily refresh. Then a monthly plan keeps it running: fixes when a vendor changes a screen, one metric change a month, a five-line Monday note on what moved and why, and a quarterly access review.

Choose the scope that fits

The package you select defines the deliverables, delivery time, and revisions. Recurring work is ordered separately; this purchase does not start an automatic subscription. Software subscriptions, usage charges, and third-party licenses are confirmed separately before work begins.

FAQ

Do you need our passwords?

No. Your admin creates read-only users and saves them in a shared password manager; the integration uses the limited access you approve. You can revoke access any time.

Which systems can you pull from?

We review your systems first. Supported APIs, approved exports, and read-only database access are possible connection methods; compatibility and access are confirmed before work begins.

How do we know the numbers are right?

Every metric is reconciled against the report in its source system for the same period, and the reconciliation table is one click from the dashboard. Definitions are written down and signed before I build.

Who can see the dashboard?

Only the people you name. It is never on a public link. Access is reviewed quarterly or when someone leaves.
