The weekly email you keep meaning to send, done for you. I set up your platform properly (domain authentication and deliverability checks, a clean consent-checked import, a signup form that says what people get), write a three-email welcome sequence that introduces your business and gives subscribers a clear next step, then write and schedule four issues a month in your voice from your real news: a short note from you, one useful thing, what’s on, and one clear ask.
You send me a two-minute voice memo once a week; I do the rest. On the 1st you get a one-page report with the numbers and one change for next month.
Choose the scope that fits
The package you select defines the deliverables, delivery time, and revisions. Recurring work is ordered separately; this purchase does not start an automatic subscription. Software subscriptions, usage charges, and third-party licenses are confirmed separately before work begins.

Beehiiv, Kit or Mailchimp; I recommend based on your list size and goals. Free plans cover most small lists.
Will it sound like me?
Yes. The personal note in every issue comes from your own voice memo; I edit, never invent. The rest follows a voice guide we build together.
How much of my time?
Five minutes to approve the monthly calendar and two minutes a week for the memo. Approval of each issue is optional after the first month.
Can you fix my old list?
Yes. I check where each address came from, re-permission dormant ones and remove bounces so your domain stays trusted.
