2026 EDITIONWhat you can offer
Make a downloadable checklist, guide, or workbook for a business. This course is in development.
Detailed deliverables
A lead magnet from the client’s expertise: an 8–12 page workbook, checklist or guide laid out in Canva in their brand, a landing page’s worth of copy (headline, bullets, form, thank-you), a delivery email, and a 3-email nurture that leads to the paid offer.
Tools (free plans have limits): Claude or ChatGPT, Canva (document and A4/Letter templates; T7 system), The client’s email tool (Kit, Beehiiv, Mailchimp) for the form and automation, Google Docs for drafting, A PDF compressor for files under 5 MB
You will make
- A magnet brief: the one problem, the one outcome, the format, and the bridge to the offer
- The content: a checklist, guide or workbook with exercises, in the client’s voice, with worked examples
- A laid-out PDF in the brand (Canva), under 5 MB, with a cover, a how-to-use page and a next-step page
- Landing-page copy, form settings, thank-you page and delivery email
- A 3-email nurture sequence from the download to the offer

| What we check | What earns the full 4 points |
|---|---|
| Brief followed | Workbook for the Career Clarity cohort, all five deliverables, Lena’s offers and dates exact |
| Problem choice | Specific, ten-minute, adjacent to the course; the title names outcome and time; the bridge is honest |
| Content craft | Exercises with worked examples in Lena’s voice, second person, completable in ten minutes, no banned filler |
| Design | Branded, prints and reads on a phone, cover reads at thumbnail, consistent type, light file |
| Conversion path | Landing copy states outcomes, one field, delivery by email, thank-you page with the two-minute version, nurture walks to the offer with a true reason |
Honest expectations. Most freebies are forgotten in the downloads folder. A lead magnet works when it solves one specific problem in ten minutes and ends where the paid offer begins. Generic “ultimate guides” get downloaded and never opened; a one-problem checklist gets used and gets replies. The craft is choosing the problem.
