Final practice project: Website copy or welcome sequence for Juniper & Gold
A practice assignment from Juniper & Gold (Handmade jewelry shop on Etsy and its own Shopify site). You will see the scoring guide (rubric) before you start.
| What we check | What earns the full 4 points |
|---|---|
| Brief followed | One option completed fully; brief and headline test present; aimed at Shopify sales and bridesmaid sets |
| Quality of the work | Talks to the reader about the reader; each fear from the brief answered somewhere; headline specific-clear-true; structure matches the lesson skeletons |
| Voice match | Elegant but friendly; precise materials; a small story where it helps; no stunning/gorgeous/must-have; no AI filler; reads like Priya |
| Accuracy and originality | Every claim traceable to the brand sheet or marked as assumption; no invented testimonials, awards or material claims; varied openers |
| Delivery format | Ready to paste: one heading per page or email, Hemingway grades noted, Notes box complete |
Honest expectations. Copy is the easiest thing for AI to produce and the hardest to make good. A fabricated testimonial or a made-up claim in a client’s website copy is a real liability. The checklist blocks any claim without a client source; take that seriously.
